Overview

Modal Assets offers tier-based, time-locked investment plans. Each plan has a fixed duration and a defined daily ROI range. Investors participate by allocating capital into a selected tier and holding the investment for the full plan term.

Investment Tiers

Each investment tier is defined by:

• a fixed lock period (30, 45, or 60 days), and

• a daily ROI range specific to that tier and profit.

Tier details, including duration and ROI range, are displayed before participation.

Lock Period

All investments are time-locked for the full duration of the selected plan. Capital cannot be withdrawn before maturity, ROI May be withdrawn upon approval and request.

ROI Calculation

ROI is calculated on a daily basis across the full plan duration using the applicable tier’s daily ROI range. ROI is calculated on capital (principal) and does not compound daily.

Estimated ROI figures may be displayed during the investment period for tracking purposes. Final ROI is confirmed at maturity.

Maturity and Payout

At maturity, investors receive:

• their original invested capital, and

• the total profit (ROI) earned over the plan duration, less the applicable management fee.

All payouts are processed through a verification and confirmation process.
