This Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the registered Investor and Modal Assets (“the Company”), a platform operating under applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

By proceeding with participation, the Investor acknowledges that they have voluntarily chosen to engage in the Company’s investment program and fully understand the nature, structure, and risks associated with such participation.

The Investor understands that all investments made through the platform are subject to market conditions, operational performance, and external economic factors. The Company does not guarantee any fixed return, capital preservation, or profit outcome. Any projected earnings, daily return estimates, or performance indicators presented are strictly indicative in nature and should not be interpreted as guaranteed financial results.

The investment structure operates on defined cycles, tiers, and projected performance ranges. Returns are calculated dynamically and may fluctuate throughout the investment duration. The Investor agrees that such fluctuations are inherent to the system and accepts full responsibility for any potential variation in outcome.

During an active investment cycle, the Investor may request withdrawal of up to fifty percent (50%) of accrued returns, subject to system conditions, verification processes, and operational timelines. Any remaining balance will only become eligible for withdrawal upon completion of the investment cycle.

All funds within the platform are managed through designated wallet systems, including but not limited to unlocked balances, locked balances, and stash allocations. The Investor acknowledges and agrees to the functionality and limitations of these systems as part of the operational framework.

Reinvestment into the platform constitutes the initiation of a new investment cycle and may be subject to updated terms, structures, and performance projections at the time of reinvestment.

The Company reserves the right to apply administrative fees, operational costs, or platform charges where applicable. Additionally, the Company maintains full authority to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases involving suspicious activity, policy violations, or misuse of the system.

The Investor acknowledges that all capital committed is at risk, and losses may occur. Past performance does not indicate or guarantee future results.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. By selecting “Agree & Continue,” the Investor confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, and risks outlined in this Agreement without reservation.
